the weight loss, and eating better has helped with some things, but despite eating far less than I did and better quality food, I've stopped going down in weight.....I'm around 218 lbs and 5'6". I just looked over my results and there are two things that are not right...one is that I wasn't told to eat normally before the test...I've been being careful with my carbs etc for almost a month ( a month today), which can apparently affect the test results. Also, the curve itself closer resembles reactive hypoglycemia...my highest result was at 2 hrs and was 135 (5 points under the cut off), and then it drops like a rock to 89 an hour later, and after I got home, I got sweaty, napped and woke up shaky. I will try to get another opinion, but without insurance, I'm feeling kind of stuck. I haven't been officially diagnosed yet, but have so many of the symptoms and it makes so much sense out of what I've been going through.....
