Hi, My original user name was luvbug00. When I logged on and attempted to chat under the luvbug00 username I received the following error: "You've been banned." When I attempt to view the member list, reply to posts, pm or start new threads I receive a message saying I don't have sufficent privileges. I was like my Luvbug00 account was completely frozen. I used the contact us link to send and email for help but received the email back with a terminal error message advising the pcosstories@yahoo.com has been disabled or discontinued.

I created another user, ashleysmom00. I am still banned from chat but can post and create new threads. However the thread I created "User banned from everything" is not visable on the board. It was created under the "questions regarding board functions" menu.

I am using Windows XP home verision. I access the web via Internet Explorer. I have logged out and turned off my system only to find the same problem when I restart.

I would love to use my original user name luvbug00 and cancel ashleysmom00 once the problems have been figured out. Can you tell me why I am banned from everything.

Sorry if I have posted this 2-3 times. Here is my problem.
My original user name is luvbug00. When loggin on to chat today I received a message stating I was banned. I then tried to PM, post a new thread, reply to a thread and received a message stating I do not have privileges to do so.

I created another user, ashleysmom00, and attempted to log onto chat. I received the same banned error message, though I turned my computer off then back on before attempting to log on under the new user name.

Can you help me. I would like to use my original name luvbug00 and cancel my user name ashleysmom00. I would love be able to use chat again. The email address under my user name luvbug00 is my perferred email address should you need to contact me by email. I also attempted to send an email to pcosstories@yahoo.com and received and error message stating the emal address had been disabled or discontinued. Had you recently changed your email address? did you click on the confirmation link in the new email you received?

That must've been the problem. Your account was showing "Awaiting email confirmation"

It should be fine now.
