I checked my pics.. I have a two pics that were taken one day apart. In the first, I have no makeup on at all (I warn you, it's not pretty) and the other is wearing my Bare Minerals. I think the most noticeable difference is my complexion is more even and a lot of little spots/freckles on my forehead and cheeks are not noticeable with my makeup on.

Thanks for the input, Stacie M. I think I may have to break down and buy the "Rare Minerals" along with the Bare Escentuals starter kit. My skin has cleared up a lot lately but I still have the enlarged pores, so the "Rare Minerals" sounds perfect for reducing them.

Oh...by the way...I really like your new "avatar" picture! You and your hubby both look great!

And great before/after pics...you look wonderful (and very natural) in the BE foundation!

I have a couple questions that I hope some of you can help me with!

1. What would you rate this product out of 10?

2. Do you use it for coverage or does it help with excess oil as well?

3. Do they have it in dark skin shades for the darker skinned women?

4. Does it have a natural look to it?

5. Is it worth the money?

6. AND last but not least...is there anyone out there that could show me a before and after picture of what miracles it can do??

I have dark circles under my eye where I use a liquid cover (just under the eye that is) and I wanted to know if I use Bare Minerals, I can cut out using the liquid as my face is oily and I dont want to add any more grease feeling stuff to it lol
Also..I have oily skin and I'm hoping Bare Minerals will help Matte the look of my face through out the day!

HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I rate it a 10! I absolutely love it. I made up my mind about 6 years ago. I was visiting my parents and it was a rather steamy week. I was wearing liquid makeup and my mom and sisters were wearing BE. Theirs wasn't melting or looking nasty. They looked natural all day long. Needless to say I went home and bought some. I haven't gone back to liquid since. I found that it is me only better.

I use it for a better looking me. It covers rather well and I don't suffer from too oily of skin so I don't know how well it would hold up. In humid weather it held up wonderfully for my mom and sis.

Yes they have it in darker tones.

Natural looking I think so. Like I said, me only better.

I think it is well worth the money. Only problem for me though is I have become an addict. I love their stuff and like playing with all the colors.

No before and after pics. sorry.

For dark circles I use well rested.

I love my bare minerals. I think it is worth every penny. DH even agrees that it does make a difference. My skin is so soft when I have it on. Dark circles can disappear with the use of a concealer brush. I rate it a 10 out of 10!

I love BE! I've been using it for nearly a year, and when I use it regularly, it does seem to improve my skin (less acne, more even tone). the Buxum Lips is the best...I got one called Candy, and I thought it would be too dark/bright for me (I'm extremely fair skinned), but it looks great on me, and feels amazing on my lips. I don't think I'll ever go back to liquid foundation ever again.

I think what Stacie was thinking of was the Tea Tree Oil acne treatment...it has a slight odor, but not overpowering, but then, I've used tea tree oil in liquid form which has a much stronger smell.
