I have had an expensive week so far- having to pay a £400+ excess on a prang to my car and £300+ for new spectacles. While in the city I did manage to pick a few things to make me feel better and which didn't break the bank. I just thought it would be good to share tips on where to go for such things, I hope I don't offend anyone by posting it here, but a lot of it might be irrelevant to non UK ladies.
So today I got a fab brownie red fake leather bag from Primark- one of those enormous ones- £8!
Some flat cherry red leather pumps- £15 Dorothy P's
A bright red "Hot Gossip" Rimmel nail polish- £2.70 but paid with my Boots points
I also got a new duvet cover, cream, all cotton, king size- £21 Primark
Not bad, as I haven't been shopping in ages. I'm sure there are some other shopaholics out there... no names mentioned.....Georgy!!

I am a shopper! I personally love Boots and could probably keep the entire chain liquid all by myself...lol. My very favorite though, price wise, is their "Botanics" range. It's much less pricey than No.7, which I *love* and tends to be less oily! (The oil free mositurizer is great for us girls with that stupid oily, breaky-outy PCOS skin!)
I go back to UK once or twice a year and try to save some money for when I go - I love newlook, primark, matalan, peacocks, tesco & asda clothes. I also love river island but usually too expensive.....
I love Tesco & Asda for food shopping - i could spend all day in there!

Siany, I apologise if I'm way out- geography was never my forte. but being in Wales, are you anywhere near the massive outlet centre near Chester, went there once and was completely overwhelmed, and I'm a seasoned shopper!
