My fatigue is def. hormone related. This week I had 2 days of immense energy. The Met. and Spiro are not helping the fatigue, but I am adding some things into my diet that I hope will help. As of tomorrow I will be on:
Metformin 1500 (been on this for over a year already
Spiro (been on this for a few months already)
Cinnomon
Cod Liver Oil
Women's multivit
Calcium vit w/added vit. D
NSA Carnation instant breakfast when I cannot stand the idea of eating (I have Met. food aversion and Met. appetite loss).
I'm going to try this for at least a week or two and see if these things battle the IR and other symptoms better than Met. alone.
I'm not sure how much B12 your multi-vitamin has, but I take an additional 1000mcg each day which has seemed to help a little bit!

I take a b-complex and cinnamon which seems to help. Now I have noticed I sleep a bit less, go to bed earlier and get up earlier. I have days of extreme fatigue and other days are perfectly normal. Its just weird

I have a simular problem too. I can't get out of bed for the life of me anymore. I was off work for 2 weeks and would sleep 12 hours, some days i would have to even nap. But these past few weeks have been bad for me. As soon as i get home from work i HAVE to lay down, next thing i know i'm asleep. It's sooo frustrating! So if you figure anything out please let me know.
take care
