It worked! Thanks faith4miracle. If you don't mind me asking, how is the inositol working for you? I just started to take it and I am also taking met with it. I read about here on the threads, about the studies. I really wanted to try the DCI but that's too expensive right now so I decided the inositol is ok to try for now. How long have you been taking it? Have you noticed any difference? Is 500 or 650mg enough?

Cindy - I have been taking 1000mg a day for about a month... I thought it was the same as DCI... I haven't felt any side effects from it... I haven't had any blood levels ran lately... so i am not sure really how much it's helping. Here is an article that I came across while looking up nutritional suppliments.

I am not taking Met, and trying everything to help with IR. Inositol, Cinnamon, Chromium, and if I remember ACV. I haven't had AF for 1 1/2yrs... I just upped my Vitex, and am taking NPC.... something has got to work...

Cindy - Since you are on met, I would stick to the lowest dosages.
I think once I O', and get my body straightened out, I will lower some of my doses. I was only doing Vitex 1600mg for a couple wks, and then back to 1200mg until June 10th, then down to 800mg. Cinnamon, I will probably lower, and stop at the O' until the next cycle, same with EPO. Inisotal...may keep at same dosage or go down to 500mg... you know how all this goes, it's all trial.

adry - could be an O', but we won't know that for a couple more days... watch you temps and if they continue to rise and stay for at least 3 days, then FF will probably give you your cross hairs. that is the joy of BBT, it's a watching and waiting game that will drive you bonkers.

Bella - it may be an O'.... wait and see if you next temp stay higher... and FF gives you the crosshairs. BBT is all about wait and see.... but it's worth it.

Faith-you may be gearing up to O!
Adry-I think you might've O'd cd19-let's see if your temps stay up!
Lil-you have dotted cross hairs which indicates they aren't sure exactly when you O'd, but somewhere around there. Normal LPs are around 12-15 days-yours was close to "normal" depending on when you truly O'd.
Cindy-looks like you finally did get your O!

Could someone have a look at my chart please and let me know what you think? From the dotted lines it looks like FF isn't sure if I did O on CD19... My CM is more or less dried up now so maybe I did O then? I don't really know what too think - I'm so confused!

Faith4miracle- Thanks for answering, I know its been a while but I haven't had much time to be on SC as much as I'd like with summer semester.
Well, I have been taking 1000mg per day of met plus 1300mg of Inositol for the last week and a half. I have felt fine so far so I might continue this to see if there is any difference. It does appear that FF said I have ovulated and if I have, I can say that it may have been the Inositol/met 2gether, who knows. My hopes aren't too high because FF also said I ovulated around day 16 but then my temps dropped again. So, that is what will probably happen again this time (I'm skeptical because I have never ever ovulated). We'll see with time

faith4miracle-I forgot to tell you. I also want to try DCI but as you may know it is very expensive. So I have decided I will order the buckwheat farinetta which contains about 1300mg of DCI per 1/2 cup, more than enough DCI according to the studies that helped women with PCOS. Maybe you can try this too if you want the DCI but don't want to pay the price. This can help with the IR. Mine is very severe so hopefully this will make a bit of difference.
