Default BCP and antidepressants?

i was told that my depression that i have been trying to live with all these years could be such a problem because its a side effect of the pcos(just dx) and once i treat thr Pcos...the depression will lessen....i think it may be true for some...but seriously...WHEN CAN I STOP BEING DEPRESSED...this last year has been pretty bad and i think i am at a pretty low- functioning level...my redgular doc is sending me to a therapist and then possible getting me on an antidepressant(i took paxil a long time ago)...

does anyone have a recommedndation for a anti depressant with a minimal effect on sex drive!!! i heard well butrin was not too bad for that...

ps i am taking YAZ for a BCP

Well it all depends on the person but you're right-Wellbutrin is the best in terms of low side effects. Actually, I think my sex drive is much higher now LOL. I take 150 mg Wellbutrin daily. I think it's made a big difference. Any questions PM me.

I take 90mg of cymbalta. It's a serotonin AND norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. It works very well for me.... and I still have a decent sex drive. I too, also take yaz.
