That's right folks I officially hate BCP's they suck!!.I bled 10 1/2 days straight after starting these crappy lo-ovral pills and broke out like a teenage boy right before prom night and I was so sick to my stomach I felt like barfing every morning after taking them.I have never bled so long in my life,usually it's about 6 days and by day 4 it's light enough to wear a light flow tampon.The doc said it was probably break through bleeding and I should call him if it does not stop within a few days and that was on friday...I got so irritated and sick of being sick so I stopped the pills on my own on Sunday!.I have now stopped bleeding and will NEVER use Lo-ovral again!!.I was trying them to see if it would help with my hair loss and break outs but it apparently did the opposite of what I thought .Lesson learned I guess,I just wanted to share my story with you guys so that the same thing does not happen to you.

Just when I thought the bleeding had stopped....shes baaaaaaack.I don't know what to do now do I call my doc and tell him I stopped taking the meds or do I stick it out and hope it stops on it's own?.Did I ever say how much PCOS sucks? Grrr!.

I bled like a stuck pig on lo ovral. I only put up with it for about 5 days before I called my GYN. She switched me to Necon which has a little more estrogen in it and the bleeding stopped by day 2.

today and yesterday have been fine I finally stopped bleeding....(knock on wood) .I wonder what else could help me balance my hormones and start growing my hair back.
