I know of two people who have got pregnant on Monofeme. One managed it despite taking it religiously at the same time each day (she's very well set in her routine). The other was a bit slacker about taking it at the same time everyday.
So yes it is possible, but I've only heard it with Monofeme, and who knows, there may be interactions that we don't know about yet that caused the pregnanacy.

Yes, there are several women on this board who have gotten PG while on BCP's. If you're worried about it, I'd recommend using a backup method such as condoms -- that's what DH and I do.

it if very possible to get pregnant while on BC. It is also possible to get pregnant while on BC and using condoms...the thing you have to remember is that each isn't 100% against protecting against pregnancy. My best friend got pregnant while on the pill and she was using condoms everytime.

Oh yes! My little brother is living proof of that! In fact.....get this: My mother was on THREE forms of Birth Control because they did not want anymore children after me! I was alllllll they could handle, and then BOOM, mother ends up sick, goes to the doctor and is preggo. It can happen. ~Misty

I know of several cysters who got PG while using birth control. My cousin (well, she has not been tested, but I suspect that she has PCOS) got PG after she got the depo provera shot. And my friend's daughter got PG while taking BCP's. I have see several cycters on the boards who have posted about getting PG on BCPs, or who have references to their Yaz baby in their sig.

Angel Bailey was a pill/condom baby. Maya was a condom only angel baby. Needless to say Kyle and I are trying to be very careful. My body cant handle a pregnancy right now (mentally more then physically)

Oh, yeah. It's fairly common. Two of my husband's employees have gotten pregnant while on BCP's - one of them had it happen twice.
The only ways to 100% prevent pregnancy are abstinance or removal of the ovaries or testes. Other methods can reduce the chances of getting pregnant, but it can still happen.
Yes, in fact I know I am more fertile on BCP than not. When I stopped BCP I was able to get preg 2 weeks later, whereas once I had been off BCP for a while prior to that I didn't ovulate at all. So now that I am on progesterone only BCP I have to be really careful to take them at the same time each day.
Geez, you guys should consider an IUD. At least you can't forget to take anything! It's very rare to get pregnant with an IUD (of course it still CAN happen). But BCP and condoms seems like it would get expensive quick!
