I'm so thankful for this day. I woke up early this morning and put on my walking shoes. I went and walked 30 min. down the street. My street has several hills and dips so it was a great workout. I came home and took a shower put on some clean clothes, did my hair and makeup. I feel so good, I normally don't do my makeup everyday because I'm at home all day but I think that from now on I will.

This is the first day of my new me!
