Default Because Of Hypothyroidism or PCOS??

How do u know that u weren't missing/skipping periods
because of Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid & not pcos???
How do u know it was from pcos???

I have no idea...good question, I have both also and I have never missed a period...weird huh?!?!
