HI there,

I was dignosed with pcos when i was 18, having cysts on ovaries and abnormal hormones. i'm now 34 and the last 3 years have had the all clear. lab results are normal. recently in my scan the dr said you have pcos looking cysts, but you're ovulating. i have always had a normal cycle, ovulate every month. do have light hair on face and mid cycle get spots.

am confused, what do i have and whatever it is, will that ever stop me getting pregnant. we're doing icsi as dh has low sperm count. this will be my 6th cycle.

You still have PCOS, it is just "under control" right now.

Not every woman has fertility issues with PCOS. I didn't.

Your PCOS is still lurking about, but it sounds like you have it pretty much under control. It is good you are ovulating but it is also possible that the eggs arent as 'quality' compared with people who dont have PCOS. <--Not positive, its just what Im thinking. I would still stay strict on the best diet for you because weight gain will make your symptoms rage again!
