just thinking about to be calm inside and outside...not to be irritated or exausted by diet or worried about hair issues...dreaming about constant peace in my soul, about being friends with my body, to control it and not to be controlled by it....about coping easily with food cravings and mood swings. oh dreams, dreams..

that is a wish i always had for myself too...to stop being enemies with my body...i thought if we couold work as a team i would be happier and healthier...so far i dont know...

now i have a fertility/reproductive endo!
tried vitex, pcos blend(natural supplement by vitanica) to NO AVAIL...so screw that!
