Yasmin seems to the best BCP for PCOS. It has a antiandrogen effect on the system. There are a ton of BCP info on this site, check it out.

My OB/GYN told me Yasmin was the best for us PCOSer's. Might be worth checking out! I've been on it for three months now and feel fine. Definitely give yourself 6 months or so before the wedding to get on something - that way all the ill effects have worn off before your big day!!

I also had an april wedding - it was WONDERFUL! I hope your wedding is the event you've dreamed of!!!

Congratulations!
Melody

Check out the article in my siggy....there's info about BCPs and other meds in there. It lists the hormones which have the least androgenic effects. Plus, it's a reliable resource!
