There is a weight control forum with lots of good info for you. I know the cysters all do different things and there are alot of success stories. I have heard of some with the Weight Watchers also some just off the top of my head are the Insuline Resistance diet, the Southbeach diet and ofcoarse Atkins(sp?)There is alot of info here. I hope you like SC. Good luck w/ your diet plans.

the best diet for us is low-carb.
Really really really low carb.

I'm not a fan of diet plans like Atkins, southbeach etc.
We are all different people, and we should have our own diet plans.
So I suggest you talk to your doctor about a low carb diet.

Well I am presently doing WW, but don't eat a lot of carbs anyway. So do you think that might work?

Yep, it should work.

The key here is to eat low carb.

So you'll be healthy as long as you eat low carb.

hey there...

I think that WW's would be great for you especially if you n=do not eat a lot of carbs anyway. I spend a lot of time on the diet/exercise forum and I know of several cysters that follow the WW's plan...I agree with the others...low carb is the way to go...I am doing the IR diet and love it...you just have to pick what works best for you and your body...to bad there isn't just one thing that works for all of us...
