Default Best thing for scars?

I have a bit of scarring from acne on my cheeks and it never bothered me until now. I want to get rid of it but I don't have a lot of money to spend, what would be the best way to get rid of the scarring?

Wish I could be of help; however, I'm in the same boat as you, save I've always been depressed about my scarring. It's started back up again. One time I had my acne under control because I stopped drinking sodas--I allow myself to have one every once in a while and I drink more water and Green/White tea. As for scarring, just cruise some of the other posts until someone comes along and gives you a reply. I'd love to know what to purchase because I too have a thin pocketbook. =)

I've been reading that Bio-Oil is good for scars so I think I might go pick some up tomorrow.

i've actually been reading about silica. i went to the health food store and its good for scaring inside and out. its about $35-45 at the proper health food store. I have blocked tubes, which means scarred tissue inside my fallopian tubes. and the health food store lady agreed with my findings on the internet

Bio-Oil is fantastic. I had a scar on my stomach from an operation and now it is just a small thin line. It's worked on my stretchmarks a bit too, and also helped with excema on my face.
