Does anyone use it or products that contain Beta-Sitosterol? If so, has it been helpful for hair loss?

I take beta-sitosterol and saw palmetto, which contains it.

Has it helped with hair loss? Hmmm, I'm not positive, but since I'm not losing hair right now (that I can tell), I'm going to play it safe and stay on them.

I'm also on pumpkin seed oil for hair loss, and my saw palmetto capsules also contain nettle and pygeum.
