| Registered User | Tesha, looks great!!!! Sorry to be such a pain in the butt! How come your mood is crappy? I hope you're doing well! Rachel: I'm so glad your Beta numbers look so good! I hope everything works out well. Crystal: I'm sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. Hopefully morning sickness will go away soon! I did blood work this morning and my RE prescribed provera. I'll start it before bed tonight. Hopefully AF will come soon!!!! My trigger shot is coming tomorrow via FedEx. My other presciptions are all at the pharmacy getting filled. So I'm ready whenever my body decides to let AF come!

| Registered User | ![]() Rachel- Congratulations on your appointment today. Keep up the good work! ![]() ![]() Crystal- I'm so very happy for you! It's wonderful to hear that both babies are healthy and everything is going. Good luck tomorrow. Becky- I'm so glad you're making progress. It sounds like they were really giving you the run around. It's so crazy that they would not give you the medicine you already knew would work! Me- I feel kind of crappy. Clomid is still making my insides hurt. It makes the general area feel bruised and almost burn. It happens every cycle so I'm not concerned but, I do hate it. Another thing, my temp dipped yesterday and then spiked today. It isn't possible that I o'd on day 12 is it? If so I totaly missed it. For the past two cycles it's been around cd 20. Cycle day 12 seems impossibly eeeeeeearly.

| Registered User | Tesha, I think the only way to know about the dip is to see if your temp stays up for the next 2 days. That happened to me two cycles ago (where it dipped and went up) and it didn't mean anything (it was right around CD16, I think). I didn't O so I don't know what happened! Were you doing OPKs? I would think CD12 is really early, but you never know! I hope it was just a weird temping day and that your O comes later! I TOTALLY forgot last night to take provera. How dumb am I? I was so anxious to get started and then I forgot!!! I took it this morning, so it wasn't that much later but still!

| Registered User | Thank you for your insite, Becky. My temp went back down today. Yay! I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. I have read the paragraph on FF that says...look for trends in temp that last over a period of several days...but I couldn't help myself. I think TTC makes a person paranoid.

| Registered User | Rachel, I don't know if you have seen this or not, I accidently posted it on the other thread: Rachel - The spotting probably isn't a big deal. My RE is very cautious and put me on bedrest for the same problem. However, I don't think most doctors do that. My doctor wanted me to stay on bedrest 95% of the time until the spotting had stopped for 3 days. I waited a couple of extra days before I went back to work. I also had spotting in my last pregnancy. It stopped and started several times. I think I went back to work 3 times during the 1st trimester. It's my understanding that brown spotting is old blood. I wouldn't worry about it too much (easier said than done). My doctor wasn't concerned unless it turned into a "flow." I stayed upset during my 1st pregnancy. I can't tell you how many times I called the nurse crying. I was convinced that I was having a miscarriage. I've been more calm this time. The doctor said they see spotting in 50% of their patients. I also detetected this pregnancy prior to 14 dpo. You're in my prayers. I know how worrisome this stuff can be.

| Registered User Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Iowa ![]() | Sorry girls- I haven't replied on this thread yet so I wasn't getting the message that it has been updated! I thought that everyone was busy and quiet this weekend but it looks like it was just me! Anyway, I was having some brown spotting around friday and saturday (15-16DPO), it didn't amount to much and has since stopped but holy cow was I worried. I knew that it could either be implantation bleeding since they think that I implanted around 11DPO (since the beta that day was so low), or the other bad thing that we won't talk about. They said that with the brown spotting and timing of implantation that it was most likely implantation bleeding, but they also said that I just had to wait to see if the brown spotting would stop or turn into a red flow (the bad thing). Thank goodness- it stopped! I still really don't feel pregnant and really need to stop POAS's! I know they will still be positive even if my beta's dropping but it provides me with some reassurance when I take them. I'm almost out! They wouldn't order me another beta yesterday when I called so I am going to call again on Monday to see if they will. I just think if I see an increase in the number I will feel much more reassured and maybe be able to sleep. Crystal- thanks for your post. Did you have the brown spotting that they put you on bed rest for- or was it more red/pink? I did stay off my feet on Friday, but they never really told me to. There was a little spotting late Thursday night, little on Friday, little more on Saturday when I was up moving around and none today. I hope it's done! Tesha- I went in for a mid-cycle ultrasound on CD12 and that's when they saw the mature egg. So I guess it's not too early to ovulate this early and I hope your able to catch the eggy! Becky- Glad you got your script for Provera. I always had a nice uterince lining after taking that stuff- it's just a little hard on my emotions. I hope AF doesn't take her time after your last pill and you can get started on your next cycle soon!

| Registered User | Hello everyone! I had a great weekend. I had a night out dancing with the girls, a fun movie night with dh including popcorn and movie snacks. Has anyone seen Lars and the Real girl? It, surprisingly, was excellent. It's my new fave. It was the first time the rain has let up all spring so I had about 24 hours to get my yard into shape. I put a big dent in it at least and got to plant several new things. Now I'll just have to wait for another break in the rain to finish things. It's bed time now but, I'll be back tomorrow to catch up with all of you. Baby dust to you all.

Are you taking them at the same time everyday? When I temped I couldn't take them at the same time because I work nights so when I wasn't working I would sleep at night and it was a mess. But anyway, I would set my alarm for 4 hours into sleep whenever I went to sleep (night, day) and this seemed to work out really good for me. I have tried to attach my temps on fertility friend to my signature but I can't. Hope this helps. Also, I am wondering if you ovulate usually. Sometimes I read when your temps are up and down like this then it may indicate an anovulatory cycle so maybe the assitance of Clomid or other fertility drugs alon with Met may help. Just a thought!

| Registered User | Hey Girls! I survived another surgery! The worst part was the breathing tube. Apparently, I'm difficult to intubate. So, I've had a sore throat and neck for days! I go back to the doctor tomorrow and will get another u/s. I had a scare yesterday. The on call doctors thinks I may have lost my mucus plug. No one seems too concerned about this, so I'm trying not to worry. My office has sent me work to do today from home. So, that's nice. Rachel - I've had every color of spotting possible! My doctor orders bed rest for any spotting. I think he's very cautious. I'm spotting from the surgery now and I hope it stops soon, because I know I'll be stuck on bed rest if it doesn't. Tesha - Sounds like you had a fun weekend. It's been raining here for days... Becky - I use to avoid all baby showers! I planned one for a friend and that was fun (even though I was having problems conceiving). Sometimes I can handle them other times I can't! mzamethystcrow - I agree with Rachel. Are you taking your temp at the same time each day? How long have you been temping?

I don't work outside the home (yay!), so I could set my alarm for 6 AM or something and take it then. I have one of those 12 second thermometers, so I can get back to sleep pretty fast. I have regular cycles, usually 26 days in length, so I'm ovulating in there somewhere... I think I'll try that from now on...setting my alarm at 6 AM and taking it then.

Tesha: Have you seen a + on OPKs yet? Have you O'd yet that you know? Rachel: I'm glad to hear that your spotting stopped. I hope it doesn't come back! Crystal: Good to hear about your surgery. I pray that things continue to go well for you! Mza: Welcome to our group! What's your story? (if you want to share) Also, would you mind sharing your name so it's easier for us all to refer to you!!??

| Registered User Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Iowa ![]() | Becky: Yeah for AF! It's funny when you want her to come she doesn't and when you don't want her to come there she is! Will you still finish the full 7days of Provera or can you stop then? Mza: I think this plan will help your temps look less up and down, but maybe you really aren't ovulating. What I've learned is that some girls (unlike me who never get AF) actually have a regular 28 day cycle and get AF but do not ovualte. Do you use OPK's to check for your LH surge? Crystal: I had no idea that this procedure required general anesthesia! I'm glad you're doing ok and maybe icecream or something really really cold will help numb your throat. Spotting is still gone, maybe a really really little bit after I got out of the shower today but back to real light brown and barely, if even, there. The RN called me today and wouldn't give me another beta! She said she just wait it out until your ultrasound- in 16 days! Ok, whatever! She said there's nothing they would do if the number was rising or falling so just to be more patient and stop worrying. OMG... these comments don't end even when your pregnant! Either does the worrying! I hope your spotting stops soon! Tesha: Is that you in your signature picture? Sounds like you had a fun night out!
