hi all, just wanted to drop in and say thanks heaps for the info posted here and the support you all give! i was diagnosed when i was 19 and was on BCP for 4years (not reccomended!) it took a year for the effects to fully wear off from it! we have been TTC for 2 years now, and i have been on vitex for 1 year and i finally started ovulating on my own ( have also been charting to check this) i have been taking cinnamon for about 6months, lost about 5 kg and got a less stressful job. despite my fairly severe PCO and my husbands very low morpholgy we are finally preg!! WOOOHOOO. im about 7 weeks, i found out on friday!
so dont give up, and never underestimate the strength in medicinal herbs and a lower stress life!
i thank God for my wee miricle, and pray it will stick around!

tried met 1000 for 6 months but s/e too bad
now on vitex and cinnmon
hubby has low morphology <5%
charting bbt and FAM since oct 07 and really reccomend it!
