i just took a FRER and it came up with the faintest of faintest lines, almost looks like a shadow so of course I immediately ripped the thing apart and there is a faint pink line when i put it against white paper. Anyone else have anything like this with these tests? Ive never heard of an evap line with these tests. I am 10DPO by the way and i just have had a feeling that i was pregnant.

I did this Sunday night (9dpo). There was a line, maybe but couldn't see real well. I ripped it apart (and the equte that was for sure positive) and analyzed them. I took another FRER on MOnday morning (10dpo) and faint again. I went in for a BETA and it was 5.4, so FRER's are VERY sensitve. I go for another BETA in the morning. I took a FRER this morning and got a slightly darker line! I think it may be good news!!

My first test was a very, very faint positive line. I didn't really think anything about it because I'd accidentally forgotten that I took the test and let it sit for more than the 10 minutes. I read the box, and it said to disregard results after 10 minutes. After I got to work, I started Googling like crazy and realized that I could be pregnant. I went out and got a digital test at lunch that same day and got a "pregnant" on the digital test.

I, too, had the very faint line with my 1st pregnancy. I didn't think to tear it apart though. I still have it because I was so in disbelief. This pregnancy I got the dark line quicker.
Congrats again!

#1 took 3 years to conceive (with medical help, we never prevented in the 11 yrs previous). This one took us by surprise as we weren't TTC and I haven't taken Met since DD was born!
I have to tell a story here: It's kind of sad and funny at the same time.
My cousin called me one evening to tell me she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has been undergoing chemo treatments for 2 months now and she has 2 small children.
During our conversation, she mentioned that after her 2nd child was born, she started using the Nuvaring. She asked me what we used for protection?
So I said, "My hormones are already screwed up. I don't use artificial hormones. We were careful for the 1st year, using spermicide and after that we went back to using nothing. You have to remember, I DON'T get pregnant like a normal woman."
Hahaha, jokes on me! LOL
