Thread: Big Cysters, Little Cysters -- Part III

Since the thread for Big Cysters Little Cysters is geting several pages of post we need to open a new one. Below I have posted the same exact post that is posted first in the other thread. This way you don't have to go back and forth. Any question, just ask! Thanks


Basically this is how it works...

This is a thread for Older Cysters as well as the Younger ones. Everyone can try to find themselves a "BIG" Cyster or older cyster to be there Buddy. Like the person they can talk to about anything to do with PCOS, having kids, peer problem, parent problems, school problems, anything.

Now Big Cysters this is what you have to do. Post a resume so to speak. Give a little information about youself, age what you do , if you have children , ect. then the younger cysters can search through them and find them a Big Cyster. Sound good? The Big Cyster Little Cysters can be email buddies, IM chat buddies, just buddies on here . It's up to you. Also the Little Cysters can post what they are looking for as well. As this thread can be for talking about topics as well.

***It doesn't matter how old you are to be a Big Cyster, if you feel like you can be a Big Cyster than you CAN.

Hi my name is Nicole. I was Dx’ed at the end of last year. After starting and then going off a bcp I developed acne and irregular periods. I told my Gyno of my symptoms and she Dx’ed me with PCOS and put me on the birth control Yaz. I am currently also taking 50mgs of Spiro to try and help my acne breakouts. I went from having perfect skin to constantly broken out skin with some scarring. I really need some support and guidance from a Soul Cyster who has dealt with PCOS longer than I. I’m having a really hard time dealing with the physical changes PCOS has caused me. I would love to find a Big Cyster who understands the acne symptom of PCOS.

Well other than posting at Soul Cysters, I love to go shopping, read, watch movies, and oil paint/sketch. I have 3 cats...and a dog in heaven who i miss dearly. I live at home with my Mom and Brother. My family means everything to me. I look forward to being a Mom myself one day. I would like to have two children of my own, if possible, and then adopt two. I'm currently in college working on my BA. I hope to go onto Law School and specialize in Family Law.
