Lee don't forget to remove your addy when Amy has it - so u don't get all sorts of nasty stuff like spam/viruses from bots that have picked your address randomly off the page!

Just a friendly tip for you newbies - don't leave your addresses on pages because these forums are public and any random bot/person can get your address and do bad things with it (like spam u).

Big sisters - remember little sisters can read PM's even if they can't reply, so if you want to give them your address, then PM them - they can then reply to your email address

Hi Cysters. I"m in need of a big cyster!!! I'm just stating my journey, and I need help.. I was Diagnosed when I was 16 and decided that "i didn't want to have this disease" So, in my mind, I didn't Now I'm older, 21, to be exact. ANd I need Someone to hold my hand, and hold me acountable.

I'm 23, and I was diagnosed about 10 years ago. My real life sisters have sadly followed in my footsteps and all have PCOS.

Currently, my method of treatment is Metformin ER, vitamins, healthy diet and excercise.
