Ok. Here I go for the second time.
I was Dxed with pcos 2 years ago. My doctor put me on a diet but I have not been doing to good. Well not trying too hard. That was 2 years ago. I have gone from 230 to 215. I have changed my diet and now I eat a salad for lunch or dinner and trying to cut out the junk.
My doc put me on BC pills but I just want my body to adjust naturally and not chemically. I feel that BC pills just masked the problem and didn’t solve it.
My doc wanted to do surgery but he had no reason so I said no. Now I am doing it on my own. I realize I need to lose weight so I am trying.
I have had periods that were never ending and very heavy. Some times they would last months.
I have been drinking “green tea” and using “cinnamon” in the last month.
I have a spotting few months then the bleeding stopped for about 8 days.
In the beginning of December I had 3 days of pain and agony ( I only had cramps as a teen)
; I finally figured out my uterus was shedding. The pain was so much! It usually only happened while I was on BC pills but my body did it naturally this time. YAY
I counted 14 days from my first day of my period and on that night I felt a pain on my side and I knew it was my O day. I am REALLY hoping this was a cycle! I really have no way of knowing until About Jan 7 ; when I am due to have my period again! (fingers crossed) Me and DH had sex that night just incase I was really Oing.
Don’t know what to expect but every time I pee I pray NOT to see blood on the tissue!

Well that’s my story.
I am now trying to figure out my “lifetime” diet plan!
It will be nice to see and hear all your stories!
