Biotin?

I just started taking Biotin along with my prenatals. It's supposed to help with hair loss and weak nails. Has anyone here tried it?

I've used biotin for years (even before my hair loss issues) it definitely strengthened my nails and helped hair strength and thickness but it hasn't done much in the way of helping my hair loss.
