Default Biotin B-Complex Shampoo with Saw Palmetto

I found this at my Natural foods store and have been using it for a few days. I really like it! I can't tell yet if it works to stop shedding or to start regrowth but it does seem to make my hair fuller. I bought the shampoo and conditioner. It has many great herbs in it!

Hi Jodi,

I'm interested to see if that product works for you. Please let us know how it works. Also, does it have any warnings on the bottle that say not to use if pregnant? I have taken biotin supplements in the past and felt like they were helping. I'm pregnant now and don't take any supplements in addition to my prenatal vitamins. I'm interesting in the shampoo (if safe) to use until after baby comes. Thanks!

Cool Biotin Shampoo

Hi Ladies. I just wanted to chime in and say, thanks for the suggestion with the Biotin Shampoo! I stopped by Wild Oats one day and picked up a bottle (about $8) I didn't get the conditioner b/c I didn't have enough cash! haha Well, I haven't noticed any change in my hair growth or thickness, but I LOVE how nice and manageable my hair is!!!!!!!!!! I thought it would just be all gross, but ..I normally have pretty greasy hair, and now I can get two days out of a wash and my hair just feels good. So, thanks so much for the idea!!

I don't use the shampoo. However, I do use the b complex vitamin and have noticed since I have started using it that my hair has quit falling out after only a couple of weeks. I could not believe the difference. I got the vit at wal mart and it cost @$3 for 90 or 100. I suggest you check it out if you are loosing your hair. just thought I would chime in here.

I use Biolage's Biotin shampoo and conditioner. They are quite pricy (fortunately my uncle owns a hair salon and I am able to get it at wholesale), but the results are great. I have not noticed any regrowth, but they really plump the hair up and make the thinning a lot less noticeable. I just picked up some of the biotin supplements (thanks Jana!!) and can't wait to give them a try!
