(Ironic as it may seem) I wonder if there are any cysters out there who are off bcp but in a relationship and what method they use to prevent - sigh - pregnancy. Most of you probably feel like me and don't really see the need in them (really, how big are the chances..?) but me and my boyfriend are not ttc and so we should take precautions - especially since I intend to use vitex agnus castus to regulate my cycles. DBF detests condoms, so I am curious if there are other methods you would recommend? Has anyone tried a copper IUD? What are the (dis)advantages of it? Thank you if you take the time to reply and don't mind me asking such a personal question
