Birth Control & PCOS

Hello ladies! I was diagnosed last year and didn't think anything of it really. I was on BC at the time & losing weight etc and feeling great actually. And I went off my BC I gained 28 lbs since October! My Blood pressure was out of control or I would have stayed on it. Question is...I have read alot about not going on BC at all? Is it worse on or off? For me it was off obviously now I have the chance to get back on BC and am wondering if I should do it or try something else entirely? Any suggestions?

Some cysters are able to do fine off of BCP's and are able to control their symptoms with other meds and/or through lifestyle changes.

Etta73, given your past experience with bcp causing high blood pressure, you might want to try something else entirely.
