Birthcontrol Pill & Diflucan Pill

i have a question...my dr put me on birthcontrol pills for 3 weeks to shrink a cyst...i have a yeast infection, will the yeast infection pill (Diflucan) effect the out come of shrinking the cyst ? will the birthconctol pills still work for that ?

any info will help !
