i thought i'd add that ive been taking black cohosh for the past two cycles and my hormones are improving. I read on here that black cohosh lowers LH levels so i decided to give it a shot. Prior to taking black cohosh my LH:FSH ratio was 3:1, my bloodwork now shows that my LH level is almost normal the ratio is 1 : 1.6. So im thinking its working for me!
