ok this is really gross but i get those black spots in between my legs really bad...does anyone else?

Could they be blackheads? You can have them in any place that you can have boils/pimples. Otherwise, I'm not really sure what they could be. If they are, you can use otc treatments for blackheads to remove them. Maybe someone else will have some insight. Sorry I wasn't much help.

Could it be acanthosis nigricans? This is when different areas of the skin have a darker, thicker, and almost velvety smooth appearance. The most common areas are knees, ankles, elbows (the outside), neck, "bra line", under your arms, waist and that area on the inside of the thigh where you leg meets your pelvic area.
