Hi Prolactini,
I don't have as much problems with blackheads as you say you do, but I do get them sometimes on my nose and chin. For those deep blackheads, you may want to consider getting a glycolic or salicylic acid peel -with or without microdermabrasion- at a medical skin clinic. Whether you choose glycolic or salicylic depends on the severity of your skin problem. These peels help open up the pores and "clean 'em out", so to speak, and they're not as invansive as chemical peels. They are not very painful (your skin will tingle a little) and there's little to no down time. Peels at a reputable skin clinic can run anywhere from $60 - $125, though, so I would use them as a "last resort".
If you want more immediate relief, I've had moderate success for my acne with Mario Badescu products. MB has a product now specifically for "excessive, stubborn blackheads" called "Silver Powder". I haven't tried this product, so I can't give you a personal recommedation. But if you want to check it out, here's the link:

Here's another new MB product that's supposed to help PREVENT acne breakouts and blackheads:

BTW, I'm not an MB sales rep, just a customer. If you want to try before you buy, you can contact the company and they'll send you some samples for free. Hope this helps!
