Unhappy Blackheads anyone?????

I know we have been discussing acne and all but my question is about blackheads. Do you ladies have a problem with them because I get them like no other and they always pop up around my chin..

I have them on my nose and have pretty much given up on them since they have been there FOREVER!! Those biore strips work pretty good but you are only supposed to use them once every 4 or so days so they don't irrate your skin. I suppose if I kept up on those, it would be much better. Luckily though, makeup seems to cover it up pretty well.

I haven't found anything that works.

My nose is COVERED in blackheads. I mean totally covered. You can't see any nose, just blackhead. I just have a big ol' blackhead in the middle of my face. My chin's pretty bad too, but nothing like the nose.

Same here... also on my nose, and they seem to starting on my cheeks now too. As much as i get rid of the black heads, they just keep on reappearing! It is so irritating. I have no idea how to get rid of them, but i though i would share my story.

I've got the dang things all over my nose. Recently, I've acquired two that sit on the outside edge of my bottom lip. I've had them removed during a facial, constantly get rid of them myself and then continue to come back. It drives me insane!!

So no one's found a cleanser that disolves them? I'm in constant pursuit of one...it's like the Holy Grail for me. I HATE my blackheads!

I found something that worked for mine! I have always had them bad on my nose and chin. I bought some Clean and Clear Blackhead Cleanser. It is an astringent and I wash my face with in it the mornings and at night. It literally melted mine away and caused the pores to close. I love the stuff and my complexion is so much better. The first few days I broke out some because of the junk coming out but it was worth it in the end. I even had this spot pop up on my nose that was like a clear zit that never went away. The doctor said it was a clogged pore. That even shrunk down and is now flat.

hmmmm... might have to get that. I've used astringents before but nothing cleared the blackheads. I've always had them but other than an occasional zit my complexion is pretty good otherwise.

Biore strips are good too, but expensive if you have to use them a lot.

I have use astringents before too with no success but this stuff is formulated to clear blackheads. My dh has them super bad too and they cleared his up too. He has oily skin and it really helped him out allot.

We just scrub with the cotton pad pretty hard in those problem areas, like the side of our nose and our chin. That really gets the stuff down in there good.

You're welcome. I hope it works well for you. Like I said use it twice a day and get those round cotton pads to use instead of cotton balls. I think they work better.

Yeah I am going to go buy that stuff because I have had blackheads on my nose and chin my whole life...guys would always ask me if it was hair on my nose and if I shaved it? LOL! Anyway, I am going to buy that clean and clear stuff too. As soon as I am off of work I am headed straight to the store.
