I have a ton of very small blackheads on my inner thighs. Does anyone else have these and if so, how do you treat them? They don't really bother me, as they are tiny, but I certainly don't want them there and am afraid that one day DH will notice them! That might be a mood killer
TIA Ladies!

I get them too, sometimes with pimples the size of boils.
I have had them my whole life, even before puberty and my mom has also had them. I think it's genetic and/or PCOS related. I have never found anything to treat them.

I have these and I got an exfoliator glove to use in the shower. It is just a glove that you put on your hand to help speed up the exfoliation process and it works really well. After using the glove in the shower every day for a week I have noticed a real difference. The difference is not only in the blackheads on my inner thighs but just to my skin in general. I ordered my glove from Avon but I am pretty sure that they can be found at Wal-Mart and the like.
Good luck!

They are PCOS related. I have them, also. Sometimes they can be removed with a simple squeeze of the finger tips or tweezers (gently) but exfoliating would be a better option. Good luck!
OMG I get those too! Plus big old boils. They're real itchy sometimes. I thought it was just from my thighs rubbing together, but thinking back on it I've always been fat (I have really THICK thighs) and they just popped up one day back in 2006.
I had NO idea they were PCOS related. There's another obvious symptom for me.
Thanks for the tips. I didn't know I could pop them.

Wow, I have always had leg acne, not ingrown hairs, acne. I occasionally get blackheads (or just don't notice most of them because my stubble there is black), but I do get pimples and painful boils that are hard to get rid of >.<

I think I do have them on my thighs. I also have then underneath my upper arms. I just ignore them because they don't hurt, but I do wonder why they're there.
