hi i wrote this during bad period of self harm i call it blade
You slice through my skin like a knife through butter
I bleed like melting butter
Rushes of endorphins making me feel better
I want to go on till my heart stops hurting
But in turn my skin gets ruined
At the time I do not care
Later on I despair
My skin is scarred
Emotions barred
For a while
Until it becomes too much again
It starts over the knife through butter

hey! your poems are nearly as good as mine! no, i think yours are better! lol! you're talented, hold on to that. its a shame my 'talent' only showed itself when i had a blade hovering above my leg.......thankfully i managed to write and not cut a lot of the time!
