Hiya Hiya
I use a product called Jolen Bleach (don't know if this is available in the US). I use the variety with Aloe Vera and have had no problems at all.
It seems to work best with fine dark hairs ?
Hope this helps,
Orla

I use Sally Hansen (I get it in Wal-Mart) hair bleach on my mustache and chin hairs and on the hairs on my tummy.
I think it works well.

Jolen...but be careful since it can bleach your skin too which may be visible if you tan. I moved to shaving since it was easier.
