Alright I confess, I just had sex for the first time... And I bled .. quite a bit.. I was scared outa my mind at first, called my friend and she told me it was OK (which I kinda knew anyway) .. So I showered and it stopped, and I just went to pee and it started again. Should I be worried? It stopped now but I'm sure it'll start again... The best part is the fact that I dont have any pads at home.. I only use tampons (I knew I should have saved the pads!) ... Just wondering if I should be worried, or when I should be worried if it doesn't stop?

Please don't be worried I bled on and off for 2 or 3 days after i has sex for the first time. It's completely normal. Talk to a doctor if the bleeding continues or is causing you trouble. But please try not to worry.

To be quite honest. Things get all stretched around down there and bleeding is quite normal. If you bleed longer through I would see a doctor.
I am sure you are ok.

I never had bleeding after sex before.. Then on my honeymoon night.. (2nd marriage by the way) we had sex and I bled..
and everyone thought it was funny I told to.. But I was neverous.
Then a few weeks ago it happened again.. Like i said im 30 years old.. and for it just to start happening? Im wondering why?
Nothing was new or differnt, I thought it was maybe because of PCOS? Is it anything I should worry about...It doesnt not keep bleeding. .But its enough blood to think I started my period!
I mentioned it to my doctor and he said hes really not sure.. just let him know if it happens again..!
Well if there are any suggestions out there.. please let me know!

Thanks girls It stopped most of the night.. and started again at 3.. and this morning when I went to the bathroom it started again. It;s lower than anything a tampon could help with, which is annoying. I'm working today so need to stop and buy some pads for sure... Its weird though, it really isn't a problem unless I go to pee, and then it starts and takes about a minute to stop. Nothing hurts though, so I'm not REALLY worried, but this does suck, since I detest using a pad! But I'm also wary of going w/out anything in case it starts while I'm working.

OK, one more question.. maybe santa'sbaby and princess5 can answer? For you, did you bleed the 2nd time? This creeps me out, even though I know it's normal... But really, this wasn't a bad experience, but Im kinda scared to do it again because of the bleeding...

I did bleed some the second time too. And i still bleed occassionally a little from time to time. Try not to worry, but contact your doctor if the bleeding doesn't stop or is very heavy.
And remember ask us anytime about anything you are worried about. That's what we are here for!!
