Well I took provera for ten days. I finished the pills and started my period. I have never had a period so heavy. It is like non stop.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? And when does it stop?

If you haven't had a cycle in a long time, your period may be much heavier then normal. Once you get your cycles regulated or take provera monthly or bi-monthly, they tend to even out. If you're really concerned, give your Dr. a call, that's why he/she is there.

I can definatly relate. In fact my provera induced AF is so bad that if I have to sneeze of cough, I really need to be careful.....I can end up sitting in a puddle or with it running down my legs. I know thats gross, but its the truth. I think its just worse when we FORCE it to come. Mine usually last 10-14 also. hang in there!

When I took the provera, I passed clots really bad, and when i sneezed or coughed, I would pass clots! It was really disgusting, I am not trying to gross anyone out. But the doctor had to give me another pill to take in between the provera and my bcps I started. It was crazy. But if you are bleeding really bad, ask the dr for a pill to make it stop. I had too, or I was going to lose my mind.(I had been bleeding for like 4 months when I went to see the dr the first time!)
