Default Bloated tummy with Provera?

Hi everybody,

I'm taking Provera for about a week now. I have to take it every first 12 days of the month. I'm glad that so far i'm not experiencing any mental side effects ( moodiness and stuff). However, i'm far from pleased with my bloated tummy i think is a side effect to Provera. I'm rather slim everywhere else, but my tummy looks like i'm 4 months pregnant (which i'm not). I'm very worried as i spent a lot of time working my abmuscles for a flat belly last year and succeeded. Does this bloating go away by itself? Or only if you quit Provera? And does this mean if I continue Provera every month, I have to deal with a bloated tummy all the time?

Please help me!

Thanks,

Charlie

Once you have bled, the bloating should disappear. I'm not sure if you will go through this every month, but I do on natural cycles. My tummy bloats so big I waddle when I walk.

Take care,

Bee
