I didn't know it caused it?
What do you mean by bloating? As in the stomach?

I am not sure what you could do.. maybe try XR.

I never have found a cure. I'd had one really impressive BM every few days or so and the rest of that day would be heaven. I felt like I lost 4 pounds. But then the cycle started all over again...

I have had that problem lately. I was so miserable last Friday I felt sick. The pain and bloating did not subside until this morning. Most the time I have diarrhea with the met but this time I had the opposite. I don't know what to do to remedy it either. I take spironalactone but it was not touching the abdomenal bloating at all. Sorry no help, but I share your pain!

Okay, I totally know what you mean.

The other night my husband and I had spaghetti for the first night in like, months I think. It was afterwards that I felt like I was dying- I had SUCH a huge belly from bloat that I was actually freaking out- I was stretched to my limit, and I didn't even binge. I've been constipated and had to drink fiber stuffs if I want anything "productive". If I'm lucky I make little bunny turds. (WHOOT for TMI.) It's been particularly bad on the Met, I'm twitchin' about when my dose goes up.

I was doing the cinnamon and b12 for a bit, and it didn't seem to really change much. I'm still 'sorta' doing the cinnamon, but I've slacked off. I'm crazy fatigued too, but not hungry, half thirsty, but SO tired and bloated.

I am still dealing with the bloating this week. I thought it was getting better but now I don't know! Most nights it's so bad I just eat a popsicle and forget about eating dinner. And I am eating better and still have regular bowel movements, but they aren't helping it any! this sucks
