Upon Future Reflection

Nope, the title of the blog is NOT a typo! I've stopped reflecting on my past and have instead decided to focus on the 'reflection' I hope to see in the future.
Let the transformation begin!:star:

  1. Decision about the blog thing

I've decided I'm just doing a secondary blog off my main blog vs keeping a journal here. If anyone is interested, here is the LINK
  2. Warm Chocolate Pudding & SIX lbs lost!

by , 01-09-2009 at 12:53 PM (Upon Future Reflection)
    The recipe of a lifetime:

    Warm Chocolate Pudding
Put 2 eggs in a blender, add 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 3 tbsp splenda, 2 tbsp. cocoa and blend. Meanwhile, put 2 tbsp. EVCO in bowl and nuke for 1 minute. Add to egg mixture and blend again for a minute. Transfer to mug/small bowl and nuke for abou 30 seconds, just enough to warm. It is incredible; thick, creamy, warm, just like homemade chocolate pudding right off the stove but better. It's the EVCO that does the trick

B'fast (10:30) zero carb protein powder 'tortilla' filled with 2 oz shredded cheese and 4 slices of bacon; coffee

    snack: diet pepsi jazz

Lunch (2pm) doing something with hamburger. Not sure what because I don't really like hamb. I'm thinking adding some soy sauce, green olives and parm cheese. (don't ask! lol)

I just started Atkins on Monday (1/5) and I need a place to journal about the process. It's good for my sanity :) What I need to determine is if it's going to be easier to journal here at SC or over at Jimmy Moore's LC forum. I like it over there - I just don't like the journal setup.

With life as busy as it is, I don't need another site to have to visit daily. So, I'll recap here:
