Alright so, I'm about to enter week 13 in my Turbo Fire plan which means I'm starting the "advanced Cardio" portion. Through this experience I have gained endurance, and strength. I'm kicking and jumping higher, and my cardio is excellent. My husband started P90X (I hope it lasts) 2 days ago, so I've been doing his workouts and mine for the past 2 days. TWO A DAYS!
