    According to the body bug I burned over 600 calories doing Cathe Friedrich's Rhythmic Step. Now the day before yesterday I finished the whole hour, but yesterday I couldn't because my left knee got all creaky and cracky. It started that when I first started step. I was nearly 250lbs.
