So I haven't posted in a while my life has been crazy. Anyway I am working in the local democratic party in the field so I get a lot of walking in. I started doing yoga at home which helps a lot. I am thinking of starting weight watchers but my bf doesn't think that will help me.
I have been emotionally eating and since we are struggling financially at the moment we really can't afford healthy food.
hello fellow cysters, it has been awhile since I've been on this site because my computer has been rejecting the web page so I had to use my phone but I'm back, last time I really let loose on here my relationship was on the rocks and I had tried all of the herbal remedies that help start a cycle and had given up on ttc but today things are much better! My fiance and I have been getting along great (and had the Most Wonderful Valentine's Day) and I'm done with the herbal meds and have a prescription

So, today has been a HUGE day for me. I have made self discoveries that will help down my road to being the best me a can. I started Metformin again tonight for the first time in about 4 years, and best of all, I am down another 3 lbs!!!! This puts me at 310, which is over 100 more than I want to be.. but it is also the lowest I have been in over 6 yrs. YAY!!!
So, what else in my world? My Dr. wants me to start Spironolactone in the morning. But I am nervous, after
really ttc now ladies, I've tried vitex and every other herb that I could get my hands on and I found out that none of them work as far as ttc and the only reason women get cycles from herbs is because it makes the uterine wall build til its so heavy that it has to shed, my obgyn let me in on those facts and prescribed clomid and ovulation tracking, so excited! wish me luck
Just was wondering if some of you were taking herbs rather than medications. If so, what herbs have you been taking together? Do you feel as if they are working?
I am just trying get a good list together to start really working this.
anyway i read up on the internet about this cream called VANIQA and im delighted to say it actually works granted it does take 6 to 8 weeks to kick in but it really does .....anyway how this works is you put it on twice a day and the enzeymes in it actually supress hair growth brilliant wat makes it better is that while you are waiting on the Vaniqa to kick in you can use anyother hair removel treatment just as long as u wait 5 minutes before you apply vaniqa ....anyway im glad i could
I went and transferred all my blog posts from here to a private Blogger account, I jut don't want to risk loosing all those posts, most of them from the heart and/or rants that I really don't need family seeing.
But I thought I'd also put on here what I posted there a couple of days ago... sort-of keep both blogs going at the same time
i HATE how some how my (pitiful) little family have become the Black sheep of
The past few months I have been working out at a gym. I had lost 24 pounds, but gained back 4 lbs the last couple of weeks because I quit going every day. It has made my cycles more regular so I know that it would benefit me to go back to the gym and make ttc so much easier. I just can't seem to find motivation to go. I had a friend who would work out with me, but she has pretty much quit going to the gym altogether. She however doesn't have PCOS or any of the health problems that we all have
So I used an OPK to see if I was ovulating. I did, but I was unfortunately unable to get pregnant this month. I did however predict when I was going to get AF accurately. Which is a good thing because usually I have no idea as I have never gotten them every month. This is actually the first time in forever that I got 2 in 2 months. Its a good feeling to know that something I'm doing must be helping. I think we are the only women who actually get excited about periods.
