i had been to Dr. for my Pelvic Sonography and got impression as follows -

"Uterus appears normal in size with a 16mm left anterior wall Fibroid. Endometrial Echo appears thick (8 mm)

Ovaries appers normal

No Parametrial mass seen. Moderate amount of fluid in Clu-de-sac could be secondary to Pelvic inflammatory Disease."

My questions are --

1. As my ovaries appear normal, does this mean that i have no more problem...

i having been taking clomid now for 4 months and have had really bad side effects.

hot flashes, mood swings, loss in sex drive.
all in all i have turned into a absoulte pycho.

so this month i am not going to be taking them anymore.
moved my apointment to see gyno up to the beginnig of this month, to see what to do next.

in a way i am glad that i will be a bit more myself this month maybe, instead of having to stick my head in every freezer i...

I m reading it all most every where that womens having PCOS puts on too much weight n irr-regular periods..

But its not in my case. i havn't put on much. Though my periods are at regular intervals, but the days are going on decreasing. Previously it was for 6 7 days. Now its hardly 2 3 dyas. And on 1st day only its ok, for 2nd day onward just spotting,.... Also there is not much (all most NOT) bleeding, only clotted blood is discharged.

I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and also perscribed with Metformin 500MG (1 a day) and Medroxyprogesterone 10MG (1 a day for 10 days-monthly). My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I am new to these medications.
If I can get any advice from others who have been on these drugs it would help alot.
Sorry I'm a nervous wreck, LOL.
