It can't be this hard to lose weight!!!! I have tried everything!!! Is there anyone who has lost weight and kept it off for at least a year without taking any meds???? i've has 5 miscarriages and dont take metformin because my doc tells me i dont need it. but i have read that it helps reduce the risk of miscarriage. what do you ladies think.
