So I'm a little nervous about starting ttc. I've been off birth control pills for over a year now, but since I do not ovulate I haven't gotten pregnant. My husband and I haven't been 'trying,' but we haven't been preventing anything, either.

Anyway, I'm going in to see my gyn next week. She said we'll probably start with metformin to see if that will 'kickstat' my cycles. Fingers are crossed!

I HATE...strike....strongly dislike waiting, though. It is a little tough....

I LOVE that stuff. It keeps my hormones in order but it seems like I will probably have to take it for the rest of my life. and that kind of sucks if you ask me. i have been off of it for 2 weeks, and I couldn't take it anymore. now i'm just waiting for my dermatologist to fax in my refill papers. i can't live without it. i recommend it to anyone who isn't trying to get pregnant.

After looking for 2 years for a house, my husband and I finally put an offer on one on Sunday. I was cautiously optimistic about it. On Monday morning, we found out that our offer was accepted! Our Realtor was amazed that we were accepted so soon because the property is a short sale.

Since we found out, I've been totally excited. The house isn't fancy or anything, but it will be better than renting a place the size of a shoe box for the same price!

I've had PCOS since I started my period. I had one period at 12, and then nothing for months. Through out middle and high school, my periods were irregular and incredibly painful.

At 16 I talked to my doctor about it and she put me on the pill.
