Need some advice on what to do

Well I am a 24 year old married woman. I have been semi diagnosed with PCOS since October of 2008. But I actually think I have been had this since I was younger. Everybody tell me that it's my weight that makes me like this but honestly I don't think that's what it is. Because I can remember being 160lbs in the 12th grade and not getting a period for 7 months. And now that I am 217lbs and 24 years old and still having irregular periods. I know that I have it in me to get pregnant because I was 15...

My emotions are far more fragile than usual for the time being, and I find myself at a loss in their shift in delicacy... I feel as though I'm trying to push beyond that mental fog that clouds ones rationale to look beyond these feelings that I cannot quite comprehend nor conjure an explanation for. It leaves me wondering if this is just another curve ball that this horrid PCOS-thing has thrown my way as if it were the wicked witch from the west bestowing a spell of misery upon me for amusement....

My first day on

It's my first day on. I didn't think I needed any support, but am finding that now I do so here goes!

I've just this month been diagnosed with pcos. I've been through every test imaginable for treatment. I now have insulin resistance and am considered pre-diabetic. Having done research already, I asked about Yasmin, an anti-androgen, and possibly Metformin. My ob and endocrinologist (who specializes in pcos) said that I'm not a candidate for either of these meds and want to do...

HSG...Oh no!! :(

Soon I am going to get a HSG I have read some blogs about it and heard its really painful..

Now I am nervous and I am pretty sure insurance doesnt cover it, it has not covered any other fertility tests. Just wondering if these are real expensive?

Any one have any advice or tips about this?

ok so this is soulcysters! i think its great that there are actually other people out there that can understand what it feels like to get up every morning and have to bleach and pluck hairs that really shouldnt be on my face! or on my chest or stomach or where ever else!! its really quite annoying...some days are worse then others...but to be honest i really dont feel like a real woman....women arent supposed to be able to grow more facial hair then their boyfriend!! women are supposed to be dainty...
