It's been a busy couple of weeks post my aunt's death and with the end of the semester - finals and grading and all.

I weighed in today at 201, and that's to be expected because I didn't do so well over the weekend with the services/parties for my aunt.

But, I am back on the wagon as of today. I had "milk-cereal" (that's what my daughter calls cereal with milk) with about 1/2 c. blueberries in it. I'll be back to being strict today and really watching what...

So recently my doctor did an ultrasound of my ovaries, and I guess he didnt find what he wanted to find. He sent me to test FSH level, prolactin and testosterone levels today and I have to have the Cortisol tested tomorrow. Anyone out there with more experience than me at what all this means, please send some feedback.

Okay, so not only is it a pain in the butt to deal with everythingggg that accompanies PCOS, but does anyone know of a HEALTHY way to lose weight, but fast? I would like to shed around 10 lbs or so and it's HARD. Does anyone have any tips that has helped them personally?

I'm really frustrated with PCOS right now, some days I am adjusted to it and used to it and feel like it's just a part of me, and others I am so FED UP with it that I don't know what to do...
