Starting to lose weight

Today I started to exercise. I did 30 minutes of working out on the wii. I know it maybe not be real working out but it's a start. For a week I'll do this and start playing DDR. Soon I'll be doing wii fit for 30 mins DDR for 30 mins. A walk for 30 mins. Maybe even biking for 30 mins. I'd like to start swimming but with all the raining I'm afraid that's going to have to wait till July or the beginning of fall.

Need to Diet

I have been trying to follow a low GI for months now! No Results! I lost a few pounds and then gained them back...plus some I am not sure what I am doing wrong!! This is so frustrating!

Are there any suggestions for budget-friendly- low GI meals?

Hi, I am new to this site and have really been touched by some of the stories i have read on here so far. My name is Trudy and i am 41 and live in Australia. Insulin Resistance Diet is alright with me! Day 4

I guess I was soo pessimistic about any diet since it has been so hard for me to lose weight, it's like I'm waiting for a bomb to go off! But it hasn't and this is now day 4. I am feeling good, I got on the treadmill this morning for the first time in who knows how long! My mood has change, I am a much happier and layed back person (most of the time now!) I guess with my sugar levels being more stable, it's helping alot. Since I am still a bit nervous about eating too much, I am ofcourse linking...
