Well, life has completely changed for me as I finally get back in touch with my fellow PCOSers. I moved to the Windy City for school and got a Paraguard (the copper IUD) inserted on Friday. I don't have any kids or previous pregnancies and I must say it really didn't hurt more than a strong cramp and last an inth of the time. July 1, 2009. Right now I am taking 500 Mg tablets once a day.

The only thing that I have noticed with Day 1 is that I ate a sub and later on I was having diahrea, bloatiness, constipation kind of feeling. I have IBS so it might be totally related to that to.

Other then that I feel a little more awake at work. I tend to take it around 6:30 or 7:00 PM when I eat. I work from 2:00 to 11:00pm Tuesday thru Saturday so I tend not to eat to many meals and I wanted to keep...

Gave up on DCI. when it comes down to it if i'm in no shape to shell out 100 bucks a month on vitamins. although 10 is more my speed. i went to my local health food store today and talked to a very knowledgeable man who pointed me in the myo inositol direction i researched it and has had a very good success rate. so i'll keep evryone posted on progress. WISH ME Luck
